Entry Conditions

SINGLE DAY Ticket €20.00 (admission only)

FULL SINGLE DAY Ticket €80.00 (admission + conferences for one day)

CONFERENCE Ticket €60.00 (available only with the prior purchase of a SINGLE DAY ticket)

4 DAYS Ticket €60.00 (admission only for 4 days)

FULL 4 DAYS Ticket (admission + conferences for 4 days)

  • Until June 30, 2026
    € 200.00
  • From July 1, 2026, to January 30, 2027
    € 230.00
  • From February 1, 2027, to May 19, 2027
    €270.00

The CONCESSION SINGLE DAY Ticket at €10.00 (purchasable at the ticket desk) is reserved for:

  • People with disabilities who hold a European Disability Card (For companions of people with disabilities who require permanent assistance, admission is €10.00. For companions of people with disabilities who DO NOT require permanent assistance, the ticket price is €10.00)

The CONCESSION CONFERENCE Ticket at €30.00 (purchasable at the ticket desk) is reserved for:

  • People with disabilities who hold a European Disability Card (For companions of people with disabilities who require permanent assistance, the ticket price is €30.00. For companions of people with disabilities who DO NOT require permanent assistance, the ticket price is €60.00)

FREE admission is reserved for:

– Children aged 0–11 inclusive, up to a maximum of two per accompanying adult.

The event is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. However, please note that the Botanical Garden Museum spans approximately twelve hectares, featuring slopes and unpaved pathways: as a result, mobility throughout the site may be restricted and accessibility can be highly subjective. TICKET REFUNDS AND DATE CHANGES

In the event of postponement and/or cancellation of the event due to force majeure and/or reasons beyond the Organizer's control that make performance impossible or excessively burdensome (including, but not limited to: weather warnings of any severity, snow, downpours, authority directives, public order, safety, or health reasons related to COVID-19 or other health measures, including containment measures, etc.), ticket refunds will not be provided.

To request a date change, please email info@i-ticket.it, and the request will be assessed for feasibility.

Refunds are available exclusively for the FULL 4 DAYS TICKET and are subject to the following conditions and deadlines:

  • Refund requested by November 30, 2026 → 100% refund of the amount paid (excluding booking fees and presale charges)

  • Refund requested by February 28, 2027 → 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding booking fees and presale charges)

  • Beyond this deadline, no refunds will be granted.

Under no circumstances will refunds include booking fees or presale service charges.
